Welcome to Compliance Training
All employees and contractors of OneSource Medical Diagnostics, LLC, its affiliates, and Expert MRI, P.C. are required to complete annual compliance training. This page walks you through the process.
How it works

Complete the study guide
The training is divided into 11 sections covering the full 2026 Compliance Plan — from Standards of Conduct and HIPAA to CPRA, Cyber Security, and Referral Source policies. You must scroll through each section before moving to the next. Allow approximately 15-20 minutes to complete the full study guide.

Pass the quiz
After completing all 11 sections, you will take a short quiz on the material. You must score at least 70% to pass. If you score below 70%, you may retake the quiz immediately. Your score, completion date, and signature are recorded for the Company’s compliance records.

Submit required vendor documents
In addition to completing the training, all contractors and vendors must submit the following documents: W-9, proof of insurance, and any other documents requested by your Company contact. Please have these ready to upload or submit to your point of contact.
